Defendants' demurrer in Gilman et al. v. Hamilton et al. is sustained and Smith and Lincoln, representing complainants, are given leave to amend their bill. In Porter v. Hoffman et al. complainant, their client, is awarded dower of $10 a year. In People v. Clark et al. jury is waived and court finds their client indebted to plaintiff $30,000 with $2,918.47 damages.
