  Truett, prosecuting attorney is directed to show cause why continuance
  should not be granted. In Demint
  et al. v. Sintz, plaintiffs suggest death of defendant and on their
  motion Nicholas Moore, administrator, is made defendant. Baker & Hewett
  appear for plaintiffs and Stuart & Lincoln for defendant.
