House passes—56-2—bill making town of Lincoln county seat of Logan County in place of Mt. Pulaski. Bill is introduced in Senate. Latham and Hickox, proprietors of town, who named it after Lincoln, retained him to see to drawing of bill and its passage by legislature. House and Senate Journals; Lawrence B.
