Five of Lincoln & Herndon's cases come before Circuit Court. In <name type='case' key='L03542'>Herndon v. Todd et ux.</name>, assumpsit suit brought by junior partner, defendant defaults and Herndon is awarded damages of $100.50. Lincoln writes, signs, and files declaration in <name type='case' key='L03631'>Iles v. Johnston & Brigham</name>, and wins when defendants default and are assessed $418.19 damages. In <name type='case' key='L04851'>Wallace v. Witmer and James P. Langford</name>, Lincoln writes Daniel W. Witmer's affidavit and has it sworn and files.
