Moke, conservator of Sizemore to plead by tomorrow. Lincoln and Linder lose Moke for use of Minor v. Willhoit, appeal, when jury finds for plaintiff in sum of $45. Lincoln files defendant's plea of not guilty in Davidson v. Bailey, ejectment suit. Five other Lincoln cases are continued. Record.
