bastardy, and <name type='case' key='L01340'>Zephaniah Dunn v. Carle</name>,
trespass for seduction, defendant posts recognizances and files
affidavits for continuance. In <name type='case' key='L01339'>Dunn v.
Carle</name>, assumpsit, defendant is permitted to plead over. In all
three cases, Lincoln, Howitt, and McRoberts are attorneys for
plaintiffs, Benedict, Gridley, and Somers for defense.

al.</name>, bill is taken for confessed when adult defendants fail to
appear. Commissioners are appointed to partition property. Lincoln
writes decree of court.

Lincoln writes the court decree and a $1,200 conservator's bond for James Milikin. The court continues two other cases.

Jury finds defendant guilty on two counts and not guilty on two others. Court awards plaintiff $1,000 damages. Plaintiff remits his damages, but retains his right to costs.
