legislature but Lincoln attends court, evidently to finish his pending cases. <name type='case'>Center v. Hall</name> is dismissed by agreement between
Lincoln for plaintiff and Logan for defendant. In <name type='case'>People v. Miller</name>, indictment for larcency, jury returns verdict of not guilty

for defendants. Instructions to jury are in his handwriting. Stuart, attorney for
plaintiff, dismisses <name type='case'>Shipley v. Thomas</name>. Lincoln
