of Sangamon Circuit Court. In <name type='case'>Logan & Lincoln
v. Atchison</name>, defendant on motion of plaintiff is ruled to plead by tomorrow.
On motion of defendant in <name type='case'>Thayer v. Farrell</name>,
leave is given to open depositions. <name type='case'>Williams v.
Reeves</name> and <name type='case'>State Bank v. Harlan et al.</name>
are continued. Lincoln, for plaintiff in <name type='case'>Merriman,
administrator v. Lake</name>, assumpsit, secures agreement for trial Saturday.<bibl default='NO'>Record.</bibl>

are ruled to plead by tomorrow, and two are continued. Lincoln & Herndon get
$156.46 damages in <name type='case'>Thompson v. Rowell and
