plaintiff is awarded judgments by default for $86.70 and $966.05. Logan &
Lincoln appear for defendant in these two cases. They have two cases continued, and
<name type='case'>Barrett v. Saunders and Beck</name> is dismissed by

May</name>, assumpsit suit. Logan & Lincoln win <name type='case'>Clements v. Cloyd</name> when jury awards plaintiff

Lincoln to pay James Burtle out of proceeds of judgment obtained against Cloyd.
