signs plea, gets jury verdict, and also wins <name type='case'>Adams v.

lead of Alton paper and nominate Hardin for Congress. "Baker is certainly off of the
track, and I fear Hardin intends to be on it." He writes out receipt and Josiah Francis
signs it, releasing Lincoln from agreement drawn up June 12, 1841.<bibl default='NO'>
