default for $1,273 debt and $52.41 damages in May 1839. On October 2, 1844, Spies
purchased property levied upon at sheriff's sale. Lincoln asks court to set aside levy

made February 8, 1843, on 160 acres in Christian County to secure $457 to Woods, Christy
