agreement at defendant's cost. Jury awards plaintiff $222.50 and damages in <name type='case' key='L03477'>Hay v. Bryan</name> in which defendant
defaulted July 28, 1841. Logan & Lincoln represent plaintiff in all three

Jury retires and next morning brings in verdict of $2,556.72 for plaintiff. Lincoln

confesses indebtedness of his friend Edward D. Baker for $158.65.
<name type='case' key='L04480'>Short & Short v. Blankenship
& Miller</name> is won when defendant defaults. Defendant withdraws his
demurrer in <name type='case' key='L04883'>Wilkinson v. Taylor,
Breese & Co.</name>, assumpsit suit in which Logan & Lincoln appear for

Shields for defendants. On Lincoln's motion, defendants in <name type='case' key='L04861'>Wagoner v. Porter et al.</name> are ruled to file their

1841, is heard in Circuit Court. Court orders Philip S. Kreigh who owes Nicholas Bryan
$40.47 to pay this to Nathaniel Hay and to credit Bryan with this amount on $222.50
judgment awarded in <name type='case' key='L03477'>Hay v. Bryan</name>
