The court appoints Lincoln guardian ad litem for the infant defendants in State Bank of Illinois v. Musick et al. In the chancery case Stevenson v. Abrams et al., the court grants the complainant permission to take the deposition of the defendant Abrams. Stuart, Lincoln, and Treat represent the complainant John G. Stevenson. Record.
