Lincoln issues a pass allowing Mrs. L[a]llie Holliday of Kentucky, to visit her husband Major J. B. Holliday. Major Holliday is a prisoner at Johnson's Island, a Union prison located in Lake Erie, and a few miles from Sandusky, Ohio. Kentucky Unionist Congressman George H.
