President Lincoln, Secretary of State William Seward, and Secretary of the Navy Gideon Welles join the Second New Hampshire Regiment for Sunday services. Afterward, Lincoln inspects the rest of General Joseph Hooker's Brigade. Lincoln also reviews the California Regiment, also known as the Seventy-first Pennsylvania Regiment.
