In the U. S. Circuit Court, Lincoln and Stephen T. Logan represent the Morgan County Bank in the case of Gale v. Morgan County Bank. Plaintiff Dewitt C. Gale is suing the bank for $10,000 in damages. Gale made deposits totaling $4,000, and he claims that the bank failed to credit his account. Judge Samuel H. Treat swears in a jury who listens to the evidence and the testimony.
