In the U. S. Circuit Court, Judge Samuel H. Treat rules on a motion made by Lincoln & Herndon in the case of S. C. Davis & Co. v. Gibson. Lincoln & Herndon represent the plaintiffs who are attempting to foreclose on the mortgage of defendant Calvin M. Gibson.
