Twelve of Lincoln & Herndon's cases are called, among them one in which Lincoln is principal. This is foreclosure suit, Irwin & Lincoln v. Sidener. Defendant defaults, and court decrees that Lincoln recover from Sidener $594.80, principal and interest due on note.
