In Supreme Court Lincoln & Herndon for appellants and Stuart and Edwards for appellees argue Pearl & Holland v. Wellman & Wellman. Wellmans sued in Tazewell Circuit Court to compel payment of judgment, which had been appealed and affirmed by Supreme Court in 1848.
