Lincoln & Herndon get jury verdict of $84 for plaintiff in Hagardine v. Shaw. Lincoln files report as guardian ad litem in Tinsley & Co. v. Smedley and Campbell. Defendant defaults in Johnson and Bradford v. Prentiss, and writ of inquiry is awarded. Lincoln & Herndon appear for plaintiffs. People v. Sudduth, Lincoln for defendant, is continued.
