Logan & Lincoln, representing plaintiffs in James Fassett & Co. v. Blackwell, file summons against defendant in U.S. District Court. They ask $5,000 damages for their clients. Lincoln signs for Logan & Lincoln in judgment docket, indicating that judgment of $341 in Lane and Webb v. Edwards is paid in full. ["Lincoln and Calhoun have returned from Tazewell.
