Notice appears in today's "Sangamo Journal" which is probably from Lincoln's pen: "We, a portion of the Sangamon delegation learning that great disatisfaction prevails among you, relative to the New Revenue Law, ask the favor of you, to attend a public discussion . . . on Saturday, April 13. . . .
